She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Mae Buchanan and Woodrow Wilson Buchanan; her siblings, Marie, Pansy, Peachy, Cathy, John and Michael; and her son Johnathan Patrick Greear.
She is survived by: her sisters, Nancy Smith and Peggy Easterling; her husband Robert Douglas Doty Jr. MD; her children, Angela Feller (David) and Mark Phelps (Daisie); her stepdaughters, Rachel Doty, Rebecca Layton (Chris) and Sarah Doty; her grandchildren, Megan Mason (Landon), Dylan Feller (Destiny), Jareth Phelps and Gabriel Phelps; her stepgrandchildren, Mary Jaqueline and Patrick Layton; and her great grandchildren, Lucien and Everett Mason. She is also survived by her many nephews and nieces.
