He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sr. Evans and Bessie Welker Evans; his wife Gertrude Evans; and his sisters, Marjorie Watson, Sibyl Watson and Marie Burkhart.
He is survived by: his daughter Candy Osborne (Ron); his grandchildren, Amanda Sandbothe (Chuck), Heather Frazier (Paul), Brandon Osborne (Kathrine) and Tabetha Carver (Steven); and his siblings, Isabel Burkhart and Jimmy Evans (Pansy). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
