He is survived by: his daughter Heather Allen Puckett; his grandchildren, AJ Puckett (Tiffany) and Nicolas Puckett (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Viviana Chavez, Alliyah Puckett and Eric Puckett; and his siblings, Russell Allen and Jane Goodman (Steve).
