He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Baxter Key; his daughters, Nita Smith (David) and Kathy Stuard (Richie); his sister Virgina Nicholson; his grandchildren, Houston Smith (Jac), Grayson Smith (Katlyn), Catherine Smith, Makenzie Bryant, Cody Stuard and Blake Stuard (Meg); his great grandchildren, Landrey Bryant, Braedyn Hogan, Colton Bryant, Grant Bryant, Hazel Smith, Joey Smith, Dawson Smith, Campbell Smith, Lennon, John and Matthew Stuard; and his caregivers, Sherrie Brown, Antoinette Beasley and Kaley Sicard.
