He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Valrie and Theresa Turner Valrie; and his wife Lois Ann Cross Howard. He is survived by: his son Leroy Everett, Jr.; and his siblings, Norries Thomas, Tyresa Stovall and Steven E. Valrie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother and sisters-in-laws.
