It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan FitzPatrick of Clarksville, Tennessee, born in Oakville, Ontario, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Snair and Doris Jackman Snair. She is survived by: her husband Kevin FitzPatrick; her children, Joshua FitzPatrick (Cassie), Jacob, Jordan, James FitzPatrick, Jessica, Jill and Jiara FitzPatrick; her siblings, Rob Snair (Iona), Brian Snair (Morna), Heather Anderson (Ron) and Brenda Hitchcox (Mike); and her granddaughter Aaliyah Grace FitzPatrick.
