He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hawkins and Barbara Jane Heatherly. He is survived by: his siblings, Vickie Lemon and John Colemen Heatherly; and his caregivers, Brandy Bradford, Terry Byrne, Laiken Jordan, Martha LeRoy and Mandy Stiltz.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home (1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
