She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Roy Mullens; her daughter Shannon Mullens; and her brother Charles Lehman. She is survived by: her son Mark Mullens; her grandsons, Tyler Mullens and Lucas Mullens (Katie Boles); her great grandchildren, Robert Mullens, Brady Banks and Della Banks; her great-niece Charlie Lehman; her siblings, John Lehman (Linda) and Patricia Nell Culpepper (Gary); and her nieces and nephews, Herschel Lehman (Mercy), Greg Harrell (Hope), Tammie Leavitt, Zach Culpepper, Kyle Culpepper, Chris Lehman (Beth), Kim Bateman (Rob) and Clint Lehman (Melanie).
