She is survived by: her husband Randall Hembree of Clarksville, Tennessee; her children, John Michael Sealey (Teagan) of Guthrie and Kasey Durham of Clarksville, Tennessee; and her brothers, Ronnie Hedgepath (Anna) of Hopkinsville and Michael Hedgepath of Nashville.
