He was predeceased by: his father Charles G Johnson; his former wife Alma Johnson; his sons, Kenny and Mark Johnson; his siblings, Jerry, Rick, Ralph, Ruben, Larry Johnson, Beulah Mae Johnson and Betty Hart; and his half-brother Ward Pauley.
He is survived by: his wife Min A. Johnson; his siblings, Charlotte Dunlap, Gary Johnson, Dora Harvey, Ronald Johnson (Yolanda), Carl Johnson, Randy Johnson (Pat), Lorraine Kender (John) and Rosie Wells (Eddie); his grandsons, Zach Johnson (Stephanie) and Hunter Johnson (Natalie); and his daughter-in-law Amy Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
