He was predeceased by: his father Harry Alvin Baker. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Joann Manseill; his wife Jennifer; his stepfather Douglas Pettus; his children, Nathan Spruill, Michael Marshall, Justin Marshall, Kevin Thompson, Angel Baker and Jacklynn Baker; and his grandson Liam Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
