He is survived by: his wife Kristi Butler; his children, Silas Butler, Samuel Butler, Ashley White and Austin White; his grandson Parker Butler; his siblings, Amy Butler Zapatka (Gilbert) and Justin Pace (Dawn); his aunt Susan Sumner Johnson; his nephews, Ryan Zapatka and Jacob Pace; and his niece Savannah Pace. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
