He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Puzon; his sons, Leonilo Perez Puzon III and Lawrence Christopher Puzon; and his siblings, Benny Puzon, Jerry Puzon, Robert Puzon, David Puzon and Annie Whitaker.

He is survived by: his children, Dennis Michael Puzon, Gregory Edward Puzon and Theresa Materi; and his siblings, Jim Puzon, Mike Puzon, John Puzon, Margo Durham and Leah Gilmer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 5 and a half great-great-grandchildren.
