He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Stepp and Norma Rhoads; his wife Linda Stepp; and his son Jason Stepp. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Stepp, Tracie Gaiser (Chris) and Adrienne Gibbs (Josh); his grandchildren, Ethan Gaiser, Taylor Peterson, Raylynn Gibbs and Leah Gibbs; and his siblings, Jerry Stepp, Robin Stepp, Mary Barthlow, Bonnie Howell, Beverly Ford and Judy Solomon.
