She was predeceased by : her parents, Payton Blewett and Lucy Belle Carr Blewett. She is survived by : her husband James E. Thomas, Sr.; her children, Jim Thomas (Tina), John Thomas (Daniela), Cheryl Nichols (David) and April Smith (Chris); and her grandchildren, Mary Barton Smith-Cody, Christin Nigbur, Christopher Smith, Laura Burney, Katlyn Thomas, Zoe Neuman, Austin Nichols and Danielle Thomas. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
