He was predeceased by: his parents, Ott Singer and Grace Nunn; his wife Vernerdeine "Dee" Dick; his son Dr. Otmer Richard Singer Jr.; and his brother Robert Singer.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Gary Singer (Vicki); his grandchildren, Janet, Gary Jr., Christian, Trey, Claire, Jason, Jackie, Nicole, Jessica and Richard; and his caregiver Teresa Forrester.
