He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Arms; and his siblings, Ralph Arms (Janie) and Martha Sue Arms Lannom (Gentry). He is survived by: his wife Sara Haynes Arms; his sons, Phil Arms (Theresa), Tommy Arms (Tammy) and Stanley Arms (Joyce); his grandchildren, Monica Camacho, Nicky Perry, Andrew Arms, Ryan Arms (Jessica), Cory Arms (Mandy), Shaun Arms, Jonathan Arms and Erick Arms; and his brothers, John Arms (Priscilla) and Charles Arms (Gail). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant View Baptist Church Family Life Center.
