He is survived by: his children, Andrea Slayden, Markis Williams and Dwanna Bowen of Clarksville, TN; and his siblings, Mayme Mayhem of Chicago, IL, Bertha Mercado of Gallatin, TN and Zeomey Lee Slayden of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
