He is survived by: his wife Betty Harris Springer; his sons, Jeffery Todd Springer, Robert Keith Springer (Lisa) and Noah Springer; his grandchildren, Brooke Atkins (Ryan) and Wesley Springer (Alexandria); and his siblings, Joe Springer (Thelma) and Mary Cannon (Jimmy).
