He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Phillips and Antoinette Phillips; and his sisters, Sandra Taylor and Barbara Masinick. He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Phillips; his son Tobin Phillips; and his grandsons, Andrew M. Phillips and Eli Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
