He was predeceased by: his father George Head; and his grandson Clint Suggs. He is survived by: his wife Doris A. Lentz Head; his children, Roy Steven Head and Gloria Jean Suggs (Randy); his granddaughter Erica Smith (Lee); and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Brady and Blake.
