She is survived by: her husband Keith Smith of Clarksville, TN.; her children, Sasha McCormick of Cookeville, TN. and Brian Smith of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Brahm Smith, Maxon Allen Everhart and Cy Mitchell McCormick; her father Janesco Embry (Ivah) of Athens, TN.; her cousin Lynzie Embry Jones (Derek) of Morgantown; and her in-law Robert Hand (Leigh) of Pellham, Alabama..
