He was predeceased by: his mother Floy May Betts Harrell; his wife Isobel Hagewood Harrell; and his sisters, Lucille and Virginia. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Harrell Cooper (Ron) and Anita Harrell Hickey (Michael); his grandchildren, Amanda Beth Cooper, Wade Newman Cooper (Amanda), Ross Michael Hickey (Irishma) and Evan Patrick Hickey (Tamara Renea); and his great grandchildren, Trevor Newman Cooper, Ethan Thomas Cooper, Carson Nolan Cooper, Michael Johnson, Abigail Johnson, Ginny Rose Johnson, Avyanna Patterson and Cayden Johnson.
