It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Perry of Clarksville, Tennessee, born in Bumpus Mills, Tennessee, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elfry Smith and Emma Hargis Smith; and her husband Bill R. Perry. She is survived by: her children, Scott Perry (Terri) of Brentwood, TN and Jill Worthington (B. J.) of Clarksville, TN; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Shamblin (Tanner), Adam Worthington, Cristen Harper (Dylan) and Shannen Perry (Connor Rietveld); and her great grandchildren, Emma Shamblin and Ellie Shamblin.
