She is survived by : her children, Tera Haslem Wise, Tia Lancaster, Cannon Haslem and Terri Haslem; her boyfriend Douglas Richards; her grandchildren, Cali Zahn, Kaylee Zahn, Myles Wise, Christian Lancaster and Channing Lancaster; her siblings, Ricky Swaw, Keith "Poochi" Swaw, Dale Swaw, Pam Auge, Joseph Swaw and Hope Steeley; and the father of her children Robert J. Haslem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
