He was predeceased by: his father Robert Forte. He is survived by: his mother Maria Forte; his siblings, Patricia Bergweiler (Jeffrey), Roberta Forte Wells (Alvin) and Carl Elliott; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Layton, Blake Cline, Ryan Elliott, Taylor Elliott, Gisella Wells and Kenneth.
