Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Tiledea Spain of Clarksville, Tennessee, born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 39, on October 21, 2021. She is survived by: her parents, James A. Spain, Sr. and Nancy Pardue Spain; her son Elijah David Blackman; her brother James A. Spain, Jr. (Danielle) of Clarksville, TN; her nieces and nephews, Dayana, Dailani, Jahmal, D'Mari, James, III and Adrian; and her aunts and uncles, Beverly Barrett, Cathy Lisenbee (Michael), Joyce Cosby, Tammy Ellerbe, Cheryl Jenkins, Fredrick Spain, Louis Pardue (Tanya), Daniel Spain (Brittane), Andrew Pardue, Jr., Donald Pardue (Barbara) and Stephen Pardue, Sr.. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

“I met Tiledea Spain when she joined the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), USDA Policy Team. We worked virtually (Telework) the entire time. Despite lack of in- office, face-to-face, I saw Tiledea on our regular TEAM virtual meetings. She was so cheerful, bubbly and outgoing. I being a 12 year employee of NIFA, occasionally provided technical assistance a "few tips" . Tiledea was vivacious and enthusiastic. I miss her smiling face and have a heavy heart . Patricia Myers”
