He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Baggett O'Neil; his parents, Timothy Henry O'Neil (Margaret Kamal O'Neil) and Margaret Kamal O'Neil; his sister Loretta O'Neil Simmons; and his brother-in-law Coy D. Baggett, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Margaret O'Neil Fleming (George) and Timothy Henry O'Neil, III; his grandchildren, Lauren Fleming Burdette (Tyler), Blaire Fleming Arney (DJ) and Timothy Henry O'Neil, IV (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Tyler Andrew Burdette, II and George Henry Burdette; his brother Daniel Charles O'Neil (Pat); his nephew Daniel Richard O'Neil (Lyn); his great-nephew Timothy Michael O'Neil (Kim); his sister-in-law Jo Ann D. Baggett; and his nephew James Matthew Baggett (Marla). He is also survived by his children and the children of his late sister.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (976 Greenwood Ave, Clarksville, TN 37040).
