He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Self; and his parents, Henry Self and Leslie Phillips Self. He is survived by: his brother Troy Self; and his cousin Larry Shelton (James Knight).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (976 Greenwood Ave, Clarksville, TN 37040).
