He was predeceased by: his father Lonny N. Allison, Sr.; and his grandparents, Helen, Lynn Allison, Ralph and Geneva Shofner.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Shofner Allison; and his siblings, Neal Allison, Jr. (Annette) and Amy Ong (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
