She was predeceased by: her parents, Bracy Bryant and Mabel Smith; and her husband Clayton Keay. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Keay and Larry Keay (Beverly); and her sister Nancy Balthrop (Charlie). She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stroudsville Church of Christ Building Fund.
