He is survived by: his wife Grace Jones Hawkins; and his sons, Mark Hawkins (Nancy) and Sam Hawkins (Jody). He is also survived by three stepchildren, five grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, six step great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and three step great-great-grandchildren.
