We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2023, at the age of 93, Wilma Shelby of Clarksville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wayman and Lillian Jacobs Morgan; and her husband Vernon Earl Shelby. She is survived by: her children, Vonda Lane (Scott), Ross Shelby (Faye) and Larry Shelby (Anna); and her stepdaughter Patricia Shoultz.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
