He was predeceased by: his sister Mildred Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Johnson Mann; his children, Virgil Mann (Phillis), Roger Mann (Debbie) and Hazel Brown (Wayne); and his siblings, Leon Mann (Janice), David Mann, Gertrude Hall, Lucille Todd, Barbara Gill and Reed Mann. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
