He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby Phillips; and his aunt Robin Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Leek of Cleveland and April Johnson of Cleveland; his grandmother Caroline Phillips; his daughter Addisyn Leek; his siblings, Alexis Johnson and Joshua Leek; and his cousins, Allison Raines, Amber Raines and Sierra Kachold.
