He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Theodore Dinges and Marilda Dinges; his brother Ronnie Dinges; his wife Janice Dinges; his children, Roxanne Ungerott (Jeff), Don Dinges (Veronica) and Jeri Renee Gobble (Jeff); his grandchildren, Nathan Faupel, Corey Goodwin (Wendy), Carter Dinges, Miranda Dinges, Ethan Gobble (Taylor), Sydney Gobble, Cole Gobble, Madison Hiddleson (Elijah) and Callie Gobble; and his great grandchildren, Colter Gobble and Katie Goodwin. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
