He was predeceased by: his grandson Chad Sandberg; and his brother Carl Sandberg. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Elise Sandberg; his children, Judith Sumislawski (Joe), Jayna Walker (Chuck), Michael (Regina), David (Barbara) and Gary (Betsy); his grandchildren, Stacey Sandberg, Carrie Lynn Sandberg, Joshua Sumislawski, Kate Wood, Rachael Walker, Jason Walker and Jessica Walker; his great grandchildren, Caleb Laliberte and Hannah Jane Wood; and his sister Gail Walker (Tony). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
