Mary Higgins wrote a sympathy message

“As a city bus driver, I always enjoyed having Andre as a passenger. He was kind to others and loved to cook for people. He always made me me hungry talking about what he was going to cook that day. He also spoke of the lessons he had learned in his life. Awesome person. He will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family. Mary Joyce Higgins”
