She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Sharpton; her grandparents, Ruth Sharpton, Richard and Ora Bain; and her grandsons, Trent Corvin and Bain Palmer.

She is survived by: her parents, Kent Sharpton and Evelyn Sharpton; her husband Michael Strozier; her daughters, Shanna Corvin (Ernie) and Megan Sharpton (Tyler); and her grandchildren, Ashtyn Corvin, Braelyne Ledford, Lydia Cross, Jayden Mantooth and Sam Mantooth. She is also survived by extended family members and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association in Angelea's honor.
