He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Davis Elliott; his children, Paul Gardner, Bridgette Henry (Jon) and Jordan Keefer (Kyle); his grandchildren, Jordyn Keefer, Emmitt Keefer and Lane Keefer; his parents, Rick Elliott and Judy Elliott; his siblings, Dusty Elliott (Lori), Eric Elliott (Nikki), Mark Frey (Laura Beth) and Tricia Cox (Kevin); his in-laws, Jack, Joyce Harris, Carlos, Debbie Fragomeni, Andy and Karen Payne; and his brother Richard Nolen (Lindsay). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
