Barbara leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Bell and Herman A. Bell; and her brothers, Larry Dodson and Donald Dodson. She is survived by: her brother Herman Ray Bell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
