He is survived by: his children, Connie Rogers (Steve), John Bedford Blackburn II (Alisa) and Jeff Blackburn (Sandy); his grandchildren, Chris Rogers, John Bedford Blackburn III (Jenny) and Justin Blackburn (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Zac, Liam, Rose Rogers, John Bedford Blackburn IV, Clara Jane Blackburn and Irelyn Blackburn; and his sister Sara West (Marvin).
