He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon and Janie; and his former life partner Jane. He is survived by : his children, Julie Staton (Billy), Jana Baker (Freddy) and Jimmy Davis; his grandchildren, Haylee, Tucker, Lauren and Warren; his siblings, Bill, Linda and Loretta; and his great grandchildren, Lyla Grace and Jack.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (7180 N Lee Hwy, Cleveland, TN 37312).
