He is survived by: his sons, Charles R. Chastain (Mary) of McDonald, TN, Douglas F. Chastain of Cleveland, TN and James C. Chastain (Debbie) of Mt. Juliet, TN; his grandchildren, Amy Chastain, Robert Chastain, Tony Chastain, Chris Chastain, Nicky Chastain, Jeremy Chastain, Josh Chastain, Kryste Lowe and Matt Barker; and his brother J. C. Chastain. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
