She was predeceased by: her husband William Andrew Guthrie; and her parents, Frank Elmer Hayes and Bessie Thompson Hayes. She is survived by: her half-siblings, Sharon Kuck and Michael Paul. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (1700 S Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37311).
