It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ivey of Cleveland, Tennessee, born in Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William C. Jones and Eula M. Jones; her former life partner Dany E. Jones Sr.; her husband J. L. Ivey; and her siblings, William C. Jones and Lonni Sintow.

She is survived by : her sons, Dany E. Jones Jr. and Larry J. Ivey (Wendy); her grandchildren, Jay L. Ivey (Whitney), Logan J. Ivey (Jillian), William "Tyler" Ivey (Alexandria), Misti Maddux, Mandi Barnick (Tony), Jay Jones (Meagan) and Justin Jones (Channie); and her great grandchildren, Bryson Oliver Ivey, Grace, Kylie, Izzie, Nunzio, Ronin, Sterling, Scarlett, Stetson, Shepard, Cheyenne, Alaina and McKenna. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
