He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Houston and Marjorie G. Houston; and his brother Robert J. Houston Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen C. Houston; his sons, Colby W. Houston (Laura T.) and Matthew R. Houston (Lyuda); and his grandchildren, Tucker G. Simpson, Ella Houston, Mia Houston and Lily Houston. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Cleveland Baptist Church (2815 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37312). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Council Baptist Church Cemetery (1415 Upper River Rd NE, Charleston, TN 37310).
Donations to Student Scholarship (Amber Cannon Memorial Scholarship-North Cleveland Baptist Church) or Operation Christmas Child would be greatly appreciated.
