He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Erwin and Nannie Ashley Erwin; and his son Robert Scott Erwin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Erwin; his daughter Lisa Bonadio (Mark); his grandchildren, Nikki Erwin (Will Lowimore), Chris Erwin (Jennifer), Ashley Mead (Matt), Justin McMahon (Adria) and Anne Marie Drake (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Sarah Mead, Tripp Jones, Maya Lowrimore, Ava Pardue and Ethan Erwin.
