She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Johnson (Tracy) and Becky Cantrell (Scott); her granddaughter Caitlin Johnson (TJ Deluca); her daughter Shelby Mathews (Austin); her grandchildren, Garrett Cantrell and Olivia McCoy (Coleman); her sister Mary Roberts; her aunts and uncles, Jimmy Arnold (Laura), Kathy Meadows (David), Leigh Ann Boyd, Karen Leach, Coby Leach, Leslie Davis (Joe), Cameron Meadows and Andy Meadows; and her caregiver Gail Hurst of Hearth Hospice.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the children's ministry of Crossroads Community Church at 185 Meadow Lane SE, Cleveland, TN 37323.
