He is survived by: his wife Janice Ensley Watson; his son Dr James Carlin Watson (Jamie); his daughter-in-law Dr Laura Guidry-Grimes of Cleveland, Ohio.; and his sisters, Loyce Farris (Earl) of Houston, TX and Joyce Goodner of Inverness, Florida..
